Quality rear mech at a very reasonable price

A like for like replacement on my hybrid. Cheaper to replace the whole rear derailleur than to try to source new jockey wheel, which have worn down. Slick and precise shifting from the moment I fitted this.

Quite low price but works beautifully!

After a few adjustments and after a short ride, I can honestly say that this new RD-M310 Altus iis a huge improvement on the old one and virtually silent in use and I'm really pleased with it and would thoroughly recommend.
