An on-bar smart control LCD display and buttons make switching modes intuitive and easy to do on the fly, while also indicating speed, distance and battery levels. Can I order an extra battery for my S-Electro 50?

Yes you can - get in touch and we can sort it out for you.
Can I chip my e-bike?

Most country laws prohibit the use of derestricting or chipping your e-bike, and so we can not comment on this. You will also void your warranty and wear out parts quicker if you do.
Can I fit a throttle to my e-Bike?

We don't sell throttles. You would have to check with your local authorities on their policies on pedal assist vs unassisted e-bikes. Contact us directly for warranty information should you want to add a throttle. In most cases you warranty will be void if not installed by an accredited dealer.
Can I ride my e-bike without assist?

Yes - just pedal as you would any other bike.
Where can I find the E-bike manual?

The frame serial number is located near the bottom bracket.
Can I customize my display to another language or change other settings?

Yes, there are instructions inside your e-bike manual.
Can I upgrade the length of my suspension on my bike?

The suspension length is normally determined by the frame design, it should not be changed.

Winner on your hands - Australia

My personal review: It honestly felt like an E-bike that was built for me. Everything I would personally want in an E-bike and nothing I don't need.

I personally am a huge advocate and fan for torque-sensing hub drives at this price point. I feel like there are not enough of these around.

Great frame design. It feels like a sporty & athletic commuter that doesn't look like a traditional E-bike. And the medium frame fit me perfectly (I'm 5"9, 5"10 on a good day).

Good braking power although admittedly I forgot to bed the brakes in because I was having too much fun!

It's got a nice range of gears, especially in gears 1 & 2 for good climbing ability. There's a very definitive difference between gears 5 & 6 which I'm a fan of. It's a good indicator knowing that I shouldn't be trying to put too much load through the drivetrain.

The 14ah 504wh battery is a good middle-ground for range and price. For what I'm paying for it's unrealistic that I should be asking for a bigger battery.

It's just so simple which is why it works & rides so well, No brake sensors, lights, carrier, mudguards & bell. Easier for technicians to work on & less things to go wrong for the customer.

The overall ride and feel of the bike were smooth, subtle and gave me power when and where I needed it.

In totality. It feels like you've got a winner on your hands. I'm a huge fan.
