How do I find the right size?

Measure your head circumference at its widest point (approx. 2–3 cm above the eyebrows) using a flexible tape measure. Select: S for 51–55 cm, M for 55–59 cm, L for 59–63 cm. Use the Roc Loc® Sport dial to fine-tune the fit after choosing your size.

Can I replace the inner pads?

Yes — the moisture-wicking inner pads are fully removable and hand-washable. Replacement pads are available from Giro directly if needed.
