FULL WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS (LEGALLY BINDING)
1. DEFINITIONS
The first purchase of a new product from an authorized Silverback dealer.
Use of the bicycle in accordance with its intended riding category, technical specifications, and instructions in the owner’s manual.
A fault in materials or manufacturing that existed at the time of production and affects the function or structural integrity of the product.

Paint and decal damage, cosmetic damage, or surface finish wear from external causes

Use of incompatible or non-approved components or accessories

E-bike motor modifications or unauthorized electrical changes

Commercial use (e.g. rental fleets, leasing, or fleet operations)

Use of a seatpost below the minimum insertion depth

Bent or broken derailleur hangers due to impact
