All of the work at the Surface design studios are inherently ergonomic. They are created to be intuitive and adjust effortlessly to the user. Surface designs are created to promote active movement on a bike, while supporting the user’s posture and defined by speed, and function.

Surface Elite Carbon 80mm Tubeless road wheelset. The Surface Elite 80 wheelset is the perfect aftermarket set for your Road, Time Trial (TT) or Tri bike. Lightweight, deep dish wheelset, the Surface Elite 80 is made from 3K Twill weave Toray carbon Fiber, delivering an impact resistant, stress dissipating wheel that is very stiff. More than just performance upgrades, the Elite 80 adds heaps of style to your bike.
The elongated profile promotes prolonged airflow across the section, which delays air separation resulting in lower turbulence, and therefore lower drag. The associated deep section mass distribution maintains high speed momentum easier than more traditional shallow rim profiles.
Tubeless ready.
The Surface Elite 80 wheelset features straight pull DTSwiss 240 hubs, 100mm OLD 9mm QR front and 130mm OLD, 9mm QR rear.
Surface Elite Carbon 21mm Tubeless MTB wheelset. The Surface Elite MTB wheelset is a great upgrade for your XC machine.
Constructed from 15K Twill weave Toray Carbon fiber, the Elite\'s construction lends itself to being ultra light, stiff and highly durable. It is designed for XC racing. The Surface Sport wheels are tubeless ready and employs a rimtape-less tubeless design. This greatly reduces the possibility of accidental damage of rimtape during tyre installations and removals, making the tubeless feature overall a more predictable and enjoyable experience. A sensible rim width provides adequate tyre support for up to 2.35 tyre widths while also allowing significant rim protection and reducing tyre sidewall vulnerability.
DT Swiss 350 hubs with super smooth bearings and star ratchet design makes for a fast rolling wheel with positive, reliable engagement. The carbon ply layup is designed to dissipate stresses and to be impact resistant.
Tubeless ready. These wheels feature BOOST hubs spacing and are available as a 6 Bolt XD driver and also a Centrelock Shimano HG driver.
SURFACE - Dropper Post. A dropper post can greatly benefit riders of all MTB disciplines. The ability to get your saddle out of the way quickly and without taking your hands off the bars, means you can shift your weight more freely on the bike, making for more confidence in technical sections and ultimately more control as well as a bigger margin for errorr.
Surface dropper posts offer cable-actuated bar-mounted remote activation, meaning that riders can adjust saddle height on the fly without taking hands off the bars. Surface dropper posts, in a variety of different drops, sets the benchmark for reliable performance.
Replaceable self-contained pneumatic internal cartridge makes for easy maintenance.
Major R&D has gone into lever (remote) ergonomics, resulting in a highly adjustable lever, where position can be set to fit any size hand and be fine-tuned to preferred fit. The lever is designed to be used on the left side, underbar - where the front shifter would normally sit, and is ideally suited to bikes running single ring (1x) setups.

Surface droppers are stealth routed, meaning that it is internally routed so that cables run inside the frame. Your frame needs to be internal dropper ready to fit a Surface dropper post.
The SURFACE carbon drop handlebar combines refined construction with proven aerodynamic technology, to provide a platform that seamlessly offers the highest functionality. The handlebar profile features smooth regional transitions to eliminate potential stress concentrations throughout the structure. The top of the handlebar is derived from an aerofoil profile to increase the downforce generated by passing air.
Mechanical and hydraulic cable routing is compatible as full internal, or semi-internal, depending on the frame and stem selection. The handlebar is compatible with Shimano Di2 routing requirement. With a dedicated bar tape wrap region, the effective frontal area of the handle is significantly reduced further improving airflow.
The handlebar is available in three width options; 400mm, 420mm and 440mm. With a reach of 82mm and a drop of 124mm, a compact feeling is retained to promote control on the hoods and in the drops. The handlebar flares by 4° to better meet the rider’s natural wrist angle when in the drop position, this means more comfort for longer rides and less wrist strain over harsh terrain.
The SURFACE carbon drop bar is suitable for most applications, especially where the functionality is demanding. It is well suited to an aerodynamic frame, particularly where cable routing is internal through the stem and frame.
The Surface SF-CF 1.0 Carbon railed saddle is a high-performance lightweight race orientated saddle. Ergonomically optimised airfoam padding along with carbon rails provide a saddle that is both supportive and unobtrusive.
An extra-large central cut out releases pressure on the perineum area and prevents numbness. This improves blood flow and comfort as well as sit bone support in the right areas, and performance over longer distances.
Performance enhancing design, the SF-CF 1.0 is designed to be comfortable in both aggressive riding positions such as when in attack mode and more fast-paced head-down marathon position.
This super lightweight stem is custom 3D forged for strength then CNC machined. Manufactured from 6061 alloy this 0deg rise stem is available in 60mm or 80mm to find the perfect fit on your bike.
Compatible with road or MTB.
Oversized 31.8mm diameter bar interface to suit risers, flat bars or drop bars.
The stem is compatible with carbon handlebars.
