Spyke 20 features a frame optimized for young riders. Trickle-down technology means that the new frame benefits from our leading platforms. The frame tubes are mechanically formed into complex shapes to increase strength and stiffness, minimizing weight and excess material use, resulting in a lighter weight frame and lighter complete bike.
The lightly sprung Zoom 50mm Suspension fork is ample for smaller riders, smoothing out uneven terrain as well as improving grip adding loads to the fun factor on bumpy trails or jumps
Geometry on our kids bicycles are designed to improve balance and comfort moving the rider in a more natural feeling position. With better balance and more comfort, confidence is improved. This makes for swift riding progression.
The chainguard completely covers the chain and chainrings. This keeps your kid clean and hands and feet from potential hazards.
The frame features mounting points for fenders.
Spyke is designed to easily fit higher volume 20" x 2.35" tyres with plenty of mud clearance. Bigger tyres can increase the contact area and thus ride comfort, control and grip
There is an integrated kickstand mount. Spyke 20 is fitted with an integrated kickstand.

Skid decals are applied under the clear coat for durability.
Spyke is finished with a kid's specific saddle, smaller, narrower bars, smaller diameter grips, reach-adjustable brake and a shorter crankset with smaller pedals - all to suit smaller riders perfectly.
Lower standover means that the Spyke can be ridden by both male and female riders with more room for movement. This improves control and confidence on technical sections.
Spyke 20 comes with mechanical disc brakes. Disc brakes offer dependable all-weather performance over rim brakes and the lever pull is light for young riders. Levers are reach adjustable for smaller hands.
Spyke 20 features a 1x geared drivetrain. The single chainring up front makes the gears intuitive and easy to use and the gears gives young legs a bit of help on climbs.
