KEY FEATURES
Yes you can - get in touch and we can sort it out for you.
Most country laws prohibit the use of derestricting or chipping your ebike, and so we can not comment on this. You will also void your warranty and wear out parts quicker if you do.
We don't sell throttles. You would have to check with your local authorities on their policies on pedal assist vs unassisted ebikes. Contact us directly for warranty information should you want to add a throttle. In most cases you warranty will be void if not installed by an accredited dealer.
Yes - just pedal as you would any other bike.
Elite Comp features a double butted hydro-formed alloy frame with integrated motor mount and internal battery. This means that the frame can have thinner walls, complex shapes and curves that makes it stronger and lighter than comparative alloy frames with regular tubing. Hydro forming is the process of forcing tubing into a negative mold with internal pressurised oil and or water.
S-Electro Elite Comp is designed around a Shimano Steps 250W motor with integrated torque sensor. This motor is powered by a high capacity 720Wh internal battery giving the Elite unrivalled range of assistance. A smart control LED button makes switching modes intuitive and easy to do on the fly, also indicating battery levels. An on-bar Led display is easy to read/use and shows all info needed for the electric system.
The intuitive LED button makes switching between modes easier and more intuitive for users, as well as indicating battery level in colour.
Elie comp is designed to accommodate tyres of up to 29" x 2.6". Higher volume tyres means more grip and more comfort without the added weight of plus tyres.
Geometry on the S-Electro Elite Comp is designed to give efficient power delivery to the wheels, promoting comfort for long days out on the bike and to improve handling. This makes the Elite Comp the ideal commuting or touring companion. The frame also has a low standover, making it great for both male and female riders.
Shorter chainstays means nimble handling, and with the centralized weight of the electric drive system, the compact rear end provides a more balanced ride feel.
The frame is finished with a protective motor cover. This protects the motor from impact damage, and also finishes the bike really well.
The bike is internal routed dropper post compatible and easy to set up. Dropper posts increase riding clearance on technical sections, but could also improve your experience commuting or touring, making mounting and dismounting easier, and stops or traffic light waits less cumborsome.
