HYDRO FORMED ALLOY ROAD FRAME

The Scento - Silverback Engineered Custom Butted 6061 Aluminium frame features a tapered 1-1/8"-1.5" headtube, integrated headset, semi smooth welds, SB formed stays and a replaceable alloy derailleur hanger. Designed for 700C wheels, this frame is lightweight and stiff, pedal efficient and durable.

27.5" / 650B WHEELS

Running on 27.5" alloy Tubeless ready Surface road wheels, the Scento has very little rolling resistance, meaning less input for greater acceleration and distance. Get there quicker and less sweaty. Winning.

ALLOY RIGID FORK

The SBC alloy rigid fork is lightweight and gives improved steering and terrain feedback.

HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES

Disc brakes outperform V-brakes in all weather conditions. Offering great modulation and solid power, hydraulic disc brakes are less prone to environmental influences than rim brakes.

SHIMANO 10-SPEED DRIVETRAIN

Scento Metro features components chosen for reliability over long term use. Shimano components offer great shifting and little maintenance, perfect for a commuting bike.

RACK AND FENDER, HYDRATION MOUNTS & KICKSTAND

Scento frames feature rack and fender mounts. This means it is easy to set up for touring, and all-weather commuting. Also features two water bottle or accessory mounts in the front triangle and a kickstand!

INTERNAL ROUTING

All cables are run internally on the Scento frames. Internal routing protects cables better, and keeps the bike clean and neat.

Yes, you can, but the gear shifters and brakes will not fit on a drop bar, so make accommodation for that.
Can I fit 650B wheels?

Yes, you can, 650B (27.5") with 2.0" tyres will work on the Scento.
Where can I ride the Scento Metro

The Scento best suited to on-road use for commuting purpose.
Can I take the Scento Metro off-road?

Yes, pathways and dirt tracks are not a problem, but it is not suitable for mountain bike trails.
Can I fit a rack to the Scento Metro
