Enables conversion to X12 thru-axle: the DT Swiss X12 conversion kit

Annoying conversions are a thing of the past - after the axle has been installed once, only the end stops need to be changed. The axle is compatible with quick releases, 10mm thru-axle and 12mm thru-axle. In the DT-240s hubs (from model year 2010), the black axle (Type: 2) is already installed as standard.
