NEW TO MOUNTAIN BIKING, STRIDE SE IS FOR YOU.
Stride SE features a hydro formed alloy frame with tapered headtube, integrated kickstand mount, full length external routing, 27.5” wheels and trickle down trail geometry. Stride SE is fitted with a Zoom 565 with 100mm of travel, a great fit and forget suspension fork. To compliment the quality Stride hydro formed frame, the components on the SE are durable and carefully selected to give you a high value, well priced MTB, in line with SB's BIC ethos.
POP GEOMETRY
Position of Power - Geometry designed to engage bigger muscle groups in pedaling, producing more power output for the same amount of input. Longer frame places the rider forward, in a more balanced position, improving grip on the rear on climbs and on the front on descents. A longer wheelbase and slacker head angle means more control at speed.
HYDRO FORMED ALLOY FRAME
Hydro-formed 6061 Alloy frame The Stride features a class leading frame. Trickle-down technology means that the new frame benefits from our leading platforms. The frame tubes are hydro-formed into complex shapes to increase strength and stiffness, minimizing weight and excess material use. All Stride frames are now internal dropper post ready.

RESPONSIVE SHORT CHAINSTAYS
Short chainstays coupled with POP geometry means that the Stride is more nimble through corners, yet retains overall stability.
CABLE MANAGEMENT
Continuous cables run under the downtube. Cable routing is quick and easy, making installation a breeze and keeps the bike neat and clutter free. Full length cable housing also means less dirt contaminates the system and therefore less maintenance.
ALLOY V-BRAKES
Stride SE comes with alloy rim brakes. V-brakes are easy to set up, easy to maintain and offer decent power and modulation.
Mounted inside the rear triangle to protect it from environmental damage, while also acting like a brace, improving strength around the dropout and kickstand mount.
SUSPENSION FORK
All Stride bicycles are fitted with purpose chosen 100mm suspension forks. The SE is fitted with an Zoom 565 AMS fork with a Tapered Steerer and pre-load adjustment. A suspension fork improves comfort and traction on a hardtail mountain bike.
SURFACE ALLOY CONTROL PARTS
All Stride bicycles are fitted with Surface quality alloy control parts. This means less weight, and more durability - for many happy trails. Similarly brand name components are chosen for durability and function, meaning that your Stride offers worry free ownership. Ergonomic Grips & Saddle improve comfort by relieving pressure from sensitive areas
TUBELESS READY, WIDER RIMS & TIRES
Surface Alloy Wheels are pre-taped and tubeless ready from the box. Easy to set up tubeless, just add sealant and inflate to seat.
FENDER, RACK & KICKSTAND MOUNTS INCLUDED
Fender, Rack & kickstand mounts are integrated into the frame, making the addition & installation neat and uncomplicated. We suggest using the Speedkit kickstand for non e-bikes.
TYRE CLEARANCE
Designed to easily fit higher volume up to 2.35” tires with plenty of mud clearance. Bigger tires can increase contact area and thus ride comfort, control and grip.
LOW STANDOVER
More comfortable for male and female riders.
SURFACE 3x CHAINRINGS & GUARD
Ample gears for your adventure! A chainring guard is also included on all 3x drivetrains to help prevent clothing getting caught.
