1X DRIVETRAIN AND AN AIR FORK ON THIS BEST IN CLASS BUDGET HARDTAIL
Stride Adventure features a Shimano Cues 9 Speed clutch rear derailleur and wide range 11-46t cassette as part of a modern, simplistic 1x drivetrain. The hydro formed alloy frame with internal routing and tapered headtube, features adapted POP geometry for a more efficient, more balanced ride. A Suntour XCR Air 100mm suspension fork with 32mm black steel stanchions offer a stiff, easily adjustable, plush front-end to improve grip over uneven terrains. Fitted with tubeless ready Surface wheels, hydraulic disc brakes and ready to take racks and fenders, the Adventure is a great choice for commuters and first time MTB riders.
POP GEOMETRY
Position of Power - Our take on modern MTB geometry - designed to engage bigger muscle groups when pedalling, producing more power output for the same amount of input. Longer frame places the rider forward in a more balanced position, improving grip on the rear wheel on climbs and on the front wheel on descents. A longer wheelbase, wider handlebars and slacker head angle means more control at speed.

The Stride Adventure features a class leading alloy frame. Trickle-down technology means that the new Stride frame benefits from our leading platforms. The frame tubes are hydro-formed into complex shapes to increase strength and stiffness, minimizing weight and excess material use.
WHY IT’S BEST.
- Trickle down adapted POP geometry means that the Stride Adventure places the rider in a more balanced position. This engages bigger muscle groups when climbing and provides more balance, more traction, grip and control.
- The hydro formed frame is lightweight and features a tapered headtube, full length external routing and eye catching, durable paint and decals.
- Stride Adventure is fitted with a 100mm Suntour XCR Air suspension fork, great for explorer off the beaten track.
- Stride Adventure features hydraulic disc brakes. Disc brakes offer dependable all weather performance over rim brakes and hydraulic brakes are easy to set up and maintain.
- The Stride Adventure also makes a great touring or commuting bike, even for winter riding, featuring rack and fender mounts as well as an integrated kickstand mount.
- Tapered headtube means that the Adventure is fork upgrade compatible.

HYDRO FORMED ALLOY FRAME

RESPONSIVE SHORT CHAINSTAYS
Short chainstays coupled with Pop geometry means that the Stride is more nimble through corners, yet retains overall stability.
CABLE MANAGEMENT
Cables are fed in, via openings near the headtube, to cable exits under the downtube. Cable routing is quick and easy, making installation a breeze. Internal routing keeps the bike neat and clutter free. It also means that cables are protected from impact damage. Full length cable housing also means less dirt contaminates the system and therefore less maintenance.
HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES
Disc brakes offer dependable all-weather performance over rim brakes. Hydraulic actuation is easy and smooth. Mounted inside the rear triangle to protect it from environmental damage, while also acting like a brace, improving strength around the dropout and kickstand mount.
SUSPENSION FORK
All Stride bicycles are fitted with purpose chosen 100mm suspension forks. The Adventure is fitted with a Suntour XCR-Air fork with Tapered Steerer. A suspension fork improves comfort and traction on a hardtail mountain bike.
SURFACE ALLOY CONTROL PARTS
All Stride bicycles are fitted with Surface quality alloy control parts. This means less weight, and more durability - for many happy trails. Similarly brand name components are chosen for durability and function, meaning that your Stride offers worry free ownership. Ergonomic Grips & Saddle improve comfort by relieving pressure from sensitive areas
TUBELESS READY, WIDER RIMS & TIRES
Surface Alloy Wheels are pre-taped and tubeless ready from the box. Easy to set up tubeless, just add sealant and inflate to seat.
DERAILLEUR CLUTCH
A clutch greatly improves chain retention, reducing potential chain drops & noise on one-by setups.
FENDER, RACK & KICKSTAND MOUNTS INCLUDED
Fender, Rack & kickstand mounts are integrated into the frame, making the addition & installation neat and uncomplicated. We suggest using the Speedkit kickstand for non e-bikes.
TYRE CLEARANCE
Designed to easily fit higher volume 29” x 2.35” tires with plenty of mud clearance. Bigger tires can increase contact area and thus ride comfort, control and grip.
LOW STANDOVER
More comfortable for male and female riders.
SURFACE CHAIN GUIDE
Included on all 1x drivetrains. Improves chain stability, helps to prevent chain drop.
DROPPER POST COMPATIBLE
