The Quick-Link is much more convenient than the old pin arrangement however make sure it's put on the correct way round !!

Great alternative to chain rivet

I have followed the traditional method for joining a chain for years but have usually also then had to deal with a stiff link. Whilst you still have to break the chain to get it to the right length using a power link like this makes joining it so much easier. I would definitely getting a pair of the fitting pliers - standard pliers really are not that great for fitting it. Excellent.
