BLACK FRIDAY 2026 — PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter and scope

This promotion is offered by Silverback Technologie GmbH (“Silverback”) through its online store at silverbackbikes.de.

These promotion terms supplement Silverback’s General Terms and Conditions. They apply specifically to the Black Friday offer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Promotion period

The promotion runs from 6 November 2026 until 23:59 Central European Time (CET, German local time) on 30 November 2026, subject to availability.

Orders must be submitted during this period to qualify for the promotional prices. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve the item or its promotional price.

3. Selected items only

The promotion offers discounts of up to 50% on selected items identified as participating in the Black Friday promotion.

Discounts vary by product and may differ between models, sizes, colours and specifications. The maximum discount of 50% does not apply to every participating item.

Products and variants not identified as participating are excluded. The promotion is not a sitewide discount and does not entitle customers to a discount on other products.

4. Promotional prices

The discounted selling price is displayed on the applicable product page. No promotional code is required to receive that price.

The displayed promotional price already includes the Black Friday reduction; no further Black Friday discount is deducted at checkout.

Where a price reduction is announced, the applicable prior reference price is displayed in accordance with legal requirements. Unless a statutory exception applies, this is the lowest price charged by Silverback for that item in the relevant sales channel during the 30 days preceding the reduction.

Applicable VAT is included in consumer prices. Any delivery charges are stated separately before the order is submitted.

5. Stock availability

Offers are available while stocks last. Availability applies to the specific product and variant ordered.

An item or variant may sell out before the promotion ends. Sold-out products are not guaranteed to be restocked during the promotion, and the offer does not create an entitlement to substitute products at the same discount.

If an availability problem affects an order already placed, Silverback will contact the customer promptly. Any cancellation, alternative arrangement or refund will be handled in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Statutory remedies remain unaffected.

6. No combination with other offers

Black Friday promotional prices cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, voucher offering a discount, loyalty discount, member discount, bundle offer or other price reduction.

The displayed Black Friday price already includes the applicable discount. No additional promotional discount may be applied to that price.

Gift cards purchased for monetary value may still be used as payment; they are not treated as promotional discounts.

7. Existing orders

The promotion applies to qualifying orders placed during the promotion period. It does not automatically entitle customers to a retrospective discount or price adjustment on earlier purchases.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

8. Ordering, payment and delivery

Silverback’s General Terms and Conditions govern order acceptance, contract formation and payment.

Available delivery destinations, charges and delivery estimates are provided through the online store and checkout. The promotion does not extend delivery availability to destinations that the store does not ordinarily serve.

Any agreed delivery obligations and statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

9. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Purchasing an item at a promotional price does not remove or reduce statutory withdrawal rights.

For eligible online consumer purchases, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions. Details of how to exercise that right are provided in Silverback’s withdrawal information.

Refunds for returned promotional items are based on the amount actually paid for those items, rather than their undiscounted price. Any legally required reimbursement of delivery charges remains payable.

Return costs and any lawful deductions are governed by applicable law and the information provided before purchase. Discounted items are not treated as “final sale” solely because they were discounted.

10. Faulty goods and guarantees

Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected by the promotion.

Any applicable commercial warranty or manufacturer’s guarantee continues to apply according to its terms and does not replace statutory rights.

11. Errors and existing contracts

If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, Silverback will contact the customer promptly and address it in accordance with applicable law.

These terms do not permit Silverback to increase the price of an existing contract without the customer’s agreement or to cancel a binding contract without a lawful basis.

Any updates to promotional information will not retrospectively reduce rights under contracts already concluded.
