Yes, but on your current rear wheel, you can only fit a Shimano splined cassette - so we would suggest running SRAM SX or NX Eagle drivetrains - since they are compatible with Shimano splined hub bodies.
Not internal no - but you can run an external routed dropper on the Splash series

Answer 2. It is recommended that you get fitted on your bike if you intend on cycling frequently. Dialing in a setup can make the difference between comfort, and discomfort. One can also consult a fitment specialist about what size frame to purchase.
Splash frame is designed with SLD front and center. The frame features womens specific geometry with a lower standover, as well as shorter reach, and a more upright riding position. Silverback Ladies Design means that the bike is set up to better suit women's anatomy and body proportions. This on the Sola means narrower handlebars, thinner grips, adjusted gear ratios, shorter stem and a women's specific saddle.
The Splash 1 frame is a hydro formed alloy 6061 frame. Hydro forming is the process of forcing tubes into complex negative molds using internally pressurized water and or oil. This creates lightweight, super strong alloy tubing with complex shapes.
Splash 1 is fitted with an SR Suntour XCM suspension fork with 100mm travel. The XCM is an elastomer fork with preload adjust, disc brake mounts and QR dropouts. It's a basic suspension fork, but works well for the Splash.
Splash's geometry is adjusted to be women's specific. Shorter reach, more upright riding position and a lower standover, makes this a very comfortable sport MTB for ladies new to the sport.
Splash1 rolls on Sector (SUNRungle Helix TR25) tubeless ready wheels. These offer decent width for stability, and a good balance of strength vs weight.
Splash frames feature rack and fender mounts, making it easy to set up as a touring bike, or a commuting bike.
The Splash 1 features internally routed cables, making for a cleaner look, and keeps cables out of harm's way.
As part of the SLD spec on the bike, Splash 1 is fitted with a 3 x 9spd grouspet. This means that there's plenty of gears to make climbing easier, and also to give better top speeds on flats or descents.
