I bought an e-fat bike (S-ELECTRO DIAMOND FAT EXPLORER) there in January 2023 (after a long search) and, to be honest, I am more than thrilled.
After 10 months and 1,100km I can say that the quality really seems to be right, even for a bully like me. but the good things started right at the beginning...
Where can you find a company today that responds to customer requests like this?
Right from the start they insisted on an appointment for my customer meeting and they took the time to do so
At first I thought I had to take the bike as it was in the package far from it.
Let's take this brake package with 2 or 4 finger levers, the cup holder, these pedals, the control unit, which gearshift, what kind of splash guard... everything was simply "just" implemented!
Of course it costs money, but the price was reasonable and fair! Logically, I've already broken one or two things or just had a question... the answer was always quick and Silverback is still there for you even after the purchase! People are still customers here and I was pleasantly surprised that something like this still exists.
I have a few bikes, but I've never experienced service like this (and I didn't know the company before or have anything to do with them)
I also had the impression that here as a manufacturer, people stand behind their product with such motivation that I have never experienced from a dealer.They can do something!The long story short… it was worth traveling around 300 km and I would buy it again!
