test As we know by now the most prominent part of the E Bike is the DT and the Motor mount and how these two parts join together to
form one. I sketches some concepts to make it look futuristic and came up with tube profiles that were quite faceted and flat
surfaces to give it the “ futuristic look “ almost as cool as Tesla’s Cyber Truck, but at that time there were no Cyber truck yet The
mandate was to have one DT to fit the 720wh battery and I managed to design one that would work for the Fat, Trail, Comp and
Step models. Later on we changed the design of the battery cover to be flush with the DT so that it could look seamless and also so that we can paint the cover the same colour as the main frame.
test You ( Elena ) referred to the Mondraker frames which had that gap near the HT which you liked at that stage. You also mentioned that we need to use more spacers between the stem and the Head Set/ Head tube which made me think of adding in an extension tube between the DT and the TT which will result in a longer HT length which would solve the spacer problem and having a higher stack. The TT has a similar look to the DT to keep the same design language. The on/off switch sits on top of the TT near the HT to make it easy to switch on the system. All cables enter the HT and then gets rooted through either the TT or DT to where it needs to be connected to the RD, RB, dropper post and Motor/battery.
